Cheesy Potatoes - Heather Baria
1 bag frozen hashbrowns
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 pint sour cream (light is OK)
2 cans cream of potato soup
1 heaping tsp garlic salt
Mix well. Spread in 9x13" pan.
Dot with pats of butter.
Sprinkle 1/2 cup parmesean cheese on top.
Bake at 350 degrees for one hour or until brown.
